Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using paid course features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account and billing details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our fault.

Subscriptions are billed at the total price shown before checkout, on the billing cycle presented at purchase. If an automatically renewing plan is selected, the renewal timing, amount, any trial conditions, and the method to cancel will be shown before you place the order. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You may cancel future renewals using the account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and does not normally refund charges already incurred, except where required by law or where stated in a specific offer. Access may continue until the end of the paid period.

Course access is limited to the subscribing user. You may not share accounts, copy, redistribute, record, resell, or commercially exploit course videos, materials, quizzes, or platform content without permission.

Any certificate of completion only confirms that our stated completion criteria were met. It is not a state license, academic degree, or guaranteed proof of job readiness, employer acceptance, income, or career advancement.

We may update content, features, pricing for future terms, or technical requirements. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be presented clearly before they take effect where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, payment failure, infringement, security risks, or serious breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under 消費者契約法.

Required transaction disclosures for consumers in Japan, including seller and subscription details, should be reviewed together with these Terms under 特定商取引に関する法律 and 特定商取引に関する法律施行規則. Pricing and service descriptions must not be misleading under 不当景品類及び不当表示防止法. Personal data handling is described in our privacy notice under 個人情報の保護に関する法律.
